MAC Black Belt Club

Cam was just recently was nominated to join the Black Belt Club. Shortly after that he earned his orange belt and was totally stoked with his accomplishment. The black belt club teaches leadership, responsibility, respect, weapons, and sparing. Cam really enjoys it and has his mind set to become a black belt someday.

Tricia's Birthday

The gang took Tricia to a gun firing range in Waikiki for her birthday. They later went to the Yard House to celebrate. Tricia had a lot fun and can' thank everyone enough for the thoughtful and fun evening.

Cousin Blaine made a big sign for the kids. When they came home from school they were very surprised. It was a very thoughtful thing to do. For their birthday they wanted the Tumble Bus, it was pretty cool.

Been lagging on the blog postings. Halloween was awesome, Dave did a great job on the Frankenstein haunted house. Christmas was also a fun time as usual. Since then baseball season started and Marah joined Cam's team and they both had a lot fun.

It's been a while since the last post. Soccer season is over, it was a rough one being in U-8. Cam did managed to get one legit goal and was jacked up about it. Halloween came and went and Cam tested for his yellow white belt and passed. More later

Tae Kwon do

Cam started taking Tae Kwon Do a few weeks ago. It's pretty cool and he likes it a lot. Sis wants to take it up as well but were going to wait till the soccer season is over.

Here's sis setting up for the inside section. Both Marah and Cam were doing so well that day they got invited to enter Rabbit's Keiki surf contest by some guy on the beach. Well see about that one.

Mariners Ridge

Took Nick on a hike up Mariners Ridge this past weekend. The weather was hot!! and the views were awesome. Mom & Harv made it with a few moans and groans but with minimal damage, they blame Cam because it was his idea to do the hike.

Nick's North Shore Tour

Today we took Nick to the North Shore to see the "Lost" movie set at police beach. Along the way we stopped at leftovers where he got to do some snorkeling and we also saw a monk seal (rare site in Hawaii). Then on to police beach where Nick, Cam, and Marah got to play with some turtles and then finally the Lost set.

Yesterday 6/25/08 was Marah's ballet show at the historical Hawaii Theatre. The show was awesome but we couldn't take picture inside so here is what I got while outside.

Tee Ball

This was Cam and Jack's first year in T-ball. Dad was helping with the coaching. It was a slow start but by the end of the season all the boys improved dramatically. This is a clip of Cam's best hit for the season.
